It's simple - head to our Build Your Own Box page, choose your box size, and pick your products from our curated selection. Once you're happy, add it to your basket and checkout as normal. Every box is then packed and sent gift-ready.
Or, if you see a box that feels like the right fit but would like it tailored for a different need or larger occasion, feel free to get in touch — we offer custom options, including item swaps where possible.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Absolutely - just enter the recipient's address at checkout. We never include any pricing or invoice information inside the parcel, so it arrives perfectly gift-ready.
We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please email info@simplyboxed.co.uk as soon as possible quoting your order number and we'll do our best to help.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Need it sooner? Select our guaranteed next day delivery option at checkout for orders placed before 1pm, Monday–Friday.

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £44.99. Orders under £44.99 are subject to a standard delivery charge, shown at checkout.
Currently we deliver within the UK only. We’re working on expanding internationally — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear when this changes.
Yes - once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your gift every step of the way.
Yes! At checkout you can add a personalised gift message card at no extra charge. Simply enter your message in the gift note field and we’ll write it by hand on a beautiful card and include it in the box.
Every Simply Boxed order arrives beautifully presented with tissue paper, ribbon, and a sealed gift box — completely free. No extra step needed, it’s just how we do things.
Our signature packaging uses our brand palette to ensure every box looks cohesive and premium. We don’t currently offer custom wrapping options, though this is something we’re exploring for the future.
If you're building your own box, you can choose exactly what goes in it. For ready-made boxes, drop us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate requests.
Yes - Each box can include an individual message. Get in touch via our corporate gifting page for bulk enquiries.
Personal messages are always included free of charge. for other customisation options prices may vary - just ask us.
Yes! We offer personalised mugs and tumblers where you can choose your own design or image. Simply place your order as normal, then send your chosen design or image to info@simplyboxed.co.uk quoting your order number. For the best result, please send your image as a PNG file at the highest resolution possible. Your order will be processed once we receive your design, so the sooner you send it across the better.
We completely understand that sometimes gifts are last minute - it happens to the best of us. We do offer guaranteed next day delivery on personalised orders. Simply place your order, select the next day delivery option at checkout, and email your PNG design to info@simplyboxed.co.uk quoting your order number straight away. Please note orders must be placed and your design received by 1pm for next day delivery to be guaranteed. The sooner that email lands with us, the smoother it goes.
Our boxes are made to order so we're unable to accept returns. That said, if anything arrives less than perfect we won't leave you stuck - email info@simplyboxed.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll get it resolved quickly.
