At Simply Boxed, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@simplyboxed.co.uk, including clear photo evidence of the damaged goods and packaging.

Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis. If the claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement or discount where applicable.

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all items—including custom, personalised, or made‑to‑order packaging—are strictly non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
