At Simply Boxed, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order has been placed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or for large or custom orders.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using Royal Mail, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery method selected, order size, and destination.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete at checkout. Simply Boxed cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@simplyboxed.co.uk, including clear photo evidence of the issue and packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
